Describe What Is Visible or Felt
Record area, appearance, sensation, timing, duration, surface oil, flaking, color, texture, reflection, tight or comfortable feeling, light, distance, camera, and what differs from the wearer’s usual experience. Keep observation separate from cause and avoid assigning a condition from a mirror or product history. The word reactive cannot establish why a change occurred or what must pause.
Read the Exact Routine
For every skin, sunscreen, complexion, color, hand, nail, and removal product, record the complete formula or materials when supplied, intended use, directions, warnings, claims, amount, frequency, tools, order, package, price, availability, and date checked. There is no universal three-product floor, loudest variable, active list, or required morning trio.
Let Timing Follow the Product and Person
Two weeks may be meaningful in one supplied direction or irrelevant in another context. Do not turn it into a universal reset, review period, or reintroduction calendar. Record the actual timeline, changes, relevant conditions, and wearer priorities. Keep other differences visible and avoid reading sequence, improvement, or discomfort as proof of one cause.
Include Makeup and Nails
A person may continue, change, simplify, expand, or pause eligible makeup and nail choices while reading a skin experience. Record finish, movement, gathering, transfer, touch-up, cleanup, removal, adhesives, coatings, and hand products. Makeup and nails are not distractions from a skin routine, and visible texture does not make a look incomplete.
Design for Access and Ordinary Life
Consider reach, grip, dexterity, vision, sensation, scent preference, assistance, package and tool force, labels, seating, lighting, privacy, hygiene, water, spill control, cleanup, storage, travel, time, cost, availability, work, rest, and changing energy. A routine may be brief, elaborate, assisted, rotating, professional, or unchanged without failing a weekday-survival test.
Keep Decisions Bounded
Continue exactly as directed, change an eligible product, amount, order, tool, finish, or comparison method, ask the maker, seek qualified support for a concern, use assistance, or make no change. Do not promise smoother makeup, fewer interruptions, calmer mornings, or a corrected shelf. The useful next step stays proportional to known information and the wearer’s choice.
